Life Inside China's Total Surveillance State

Saint George and the Dragon is a concept we will have to remember when dealing with over ambitious and "inhuman" use of the new surveillance technology. I painted this painting in my twenties after reading a story written by Ray Bradbery , i think it was called "The Thing In The Jar" .... and it came out of my subconscious because i didn't know where this painting was going ..... i liked the colours but i didnt like the painting because it was too much with the (cyclopse) eye .... then in 2018 i was struck by the affinity of this image with what surveillance was doing to our lives .....
Where is Saint George in the picture ? He simply isn't there .... can any thing save us from this development ? The region of the Uigors certainly needs to be defended from the plan to use all it's rescources for the benefit of everyone else but the people who have lived there for centuries .... it is similar to the Palestinian story, when that story happens once then the road is open and it happens again and again ...... at least the jewish nation had a good reason for creating Israeal because they were fleeing.from a recent experience .... but what is happening to the Uigors cannot be justified and is unacceptable.
